- Expand the Seavey Clinic model of Academic Internal Medicine to two new sites, Midtown and 1525 Clifton Road, and provide financial support for this expansion.
- Expand Diagnostic Clinic to 5 sessions per week, possibly with additional faculty from other sites, and facilitate close coordination with specialties and subspecialties.
- Fully endow the Rollins Directorship for sustainability and succession planning.
- Fully incorporate learners of all disciplines into a strong inter-professional practice and education model, initially doubling the number of medical students and adding resident support.
- Attract, recruit, and retain top quality Residents and Faculty through financial support and strong mentoring with the intent to keep the best and brightest at Emory and in Primary Care.
- Provide direct financial support to the Division of General Internal Medicine for academic and faculty support to elevate it into the Top 10 nationally.
