The goals of this program are:  1) to provide 10 specific and tested practice keys that will enable Postdocs and Researchers to successfully achieve permanent residence; 2) to develop analytical standards to determine whether and when to start a case for permanent residence; and 3) to provide meaningful insights into approaches that can be utilized by Postdocs and Researchers in order to achieve permanent residence. This will be a highly informative and at times entertaining presentation with opportunities to ask general questions on the permanent resident process.
