Support Services
University Support
All University students, faculty and staff, regardless
of location, receive Helpdesk support from the Academic
and Administrative IT (AAIT). AAIT's Helpdesk will attempt
to resolve your technical problem, and failing to do so, will
see the call routed to your local support provider. The Helpdesk
is accessible through both phone and email, by calling 7-7777
from a campus phone or (404) 727-7777 from outside the university
or submitting a detailed problem description via email to help@emory.edu. When a problem is reported, a
ticket is issued which can be used to track the request, as it
may be referred to several offices or individuals before a resolution
can be reached.
Emory Healthcare Support
Faculty and staff located in Emory-owned clinical facilities such as Emory University Hospital receive additional computing support from Emory Healthcare Information Services (Healthcare IS). Problems specific to Heathcare hardware or software can be reported via the 8-HELP (8-4357) phone support line.
