Welcome to the Emory University School of Medicine Office of Administration, Faculty & Staff Development
The Office of Administration and Faculty Affairs, located on the fourth floor of the School of Medicine Building, oversees administrative matters for the Emory School of Medicine. This office works very closely with the Dean, Department Chairs and administrators, hospital and practice plan heads, faculty, University officials, the Office of the General Counsel, and other Deans to fulfill the academic mission of the medical school. It oversees all faculty matters and serves as a contact for faculty and administrators seeking information on policies and procedures not readily available through the departmental chair's office. The University Environmental Health and Safety Office, the Health Sciences Center Library, and the Office of Postdoctoral Education report to this office.
