PHARMACY PRACTICE PROGRAM (PGY - 1)
Eligibility: Doctor of pharmacy degree or Bachelor of pharmacy degree, participant in ASHP matching program, and eligibility for Georgia pharmacy licensure (must be licensed by September 15th).
Dates: Application materials must be received by January 8th, 2010 to be considered for an on site interview. Selected candidates will be invited to an onsite interview on one of the following two interview dates - Friday, February 19th or Monday, February 22nd, 2010.

NUTRITION SUPPORT PROGRAM (PGY - 2)
Eligibility: Doctor of Pharmacy degree, a pharmacy practice residency or equivalent clinical experience, eligibility for Georgia pharmacy licensure (must be licensed by September 15th), and participant in ASHP matching program. Individuals newly graduated who have not completed a prior residency can enroll for the two year program allowing the opportunity to receive general pharmacy practice experience in addition to nutrition support experience. Residents would complete the program with a certificate of completion in Nutrition Support Pharmacy Practice.
Dates: Application materials must be received by January 8th, 2010 to be considered for an on site interview. Interview by invitation only.
