I joined the Emory School of Medicine in February 2012 as a temporary employee. My title is Desktop/Multimedia Consultant. I work closely with Ralf Wilson to provide technical solutions and support for the audio/visual equipment in the School of Medicine. My main objective is to ensure the A/V equipment works properly and meets the needs of the faculty, staff and students.
I have over 20 years of work experience in the A/V industry. I started out as a rental technician and along the way have help positions of lead installer, service technician, and field manager. I enjoy control system programming and have experience with Crestron, Extron, and AMX. My certifications include the following: CTS, Crestron DMC-E & DMC-D, Tandberg TCAP, and SMART factory trained installer and technician.
I have two young daughters so at this stage in my life my hobbies/interests tend to revolve around them. Anyone want to buy some Girl Scout cookies? :)
