Technical Customer Support Specialist
I joined the Emory University School of Medicine in December 2011 as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. I am the main point of contact for all incidents and service requests for the SOMITS. I will ensure your help requests are properly received, documented, distributed and resolved in a timely manner. I have over 15 years experience supporting computers mainly in the printing industry and previously worked for a magazine company that specialized in pets. I recently moved to Atlanta from Southern California but am originally from Pennsylvania. I enjoy all things Macintosh, gaming, podcasting, traveling and reading.
