Ms. Nagle joined Emory in November 2005 as Assistant Dean for Business and Finance of the Emory University School of Medicine. She focuses her efforts primarily on the school’s clinical affiliates and as such, works closely with both the Executive Associate Dean for Fiscal Affairs as well as the Executive Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs. In this capacity, she is responsible for special projects related to the operations of the School of Medicine, including, but not limited to budget preparation, strategic planning support, training, policy and procedure development, financial analysis, and reporting to both internal and external constituencies.
Prior to joining Emory, Ms. Nagle had over 20 years of healthcare consulting experience with KPMG and Price Waterhouse (currently known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers), and has focused primarily on financial management, business planning and performance improvement for health care providers during her career. Her healthcare clients included academic medical centers, large multi-specialty physician group practices, and community health systems. Ms. Nagle received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Care Systems from the University of Pennsylvania. She has also pursued additional accounting coursework from Georgia State University.
