all tests about diagnosis are retrievable by simply searching "diagnosis"
To obtain a large set of information relevant to diagnosis requires a more
complex search. Thus a better, but more complicated, way of looking
at this portion of the question is to ask "what do we really want to know
about the test"
In this exercise, and in much of the EBM literature, there is a focus on "accuracy" measures such as sensitivity, specificity and predictive values. Thus the type of information we want is better expressed as information about sensitivity and specificity of tests. However, there are many levels on which a diagnostic test can be evaluated, including it’s feasibility, precision, reliability, effect on care decision making, clinical outcome and cost. If you are interested in these aspects of a test than this portion of your question can be modified. Thus the type of information you are seeking may look something like this Information about the sensitivity and specificity
of tests
