Line 7 and 8 combined (9) are our disease search.  Note that including tubal pregnancy added many citations not indexed under ectopic pregnancy.

Line 10 combines things (Boolean AND) to find citations matching our test related outcome, test, and disease.  9 additional citations are obtained compared to our simple search
