GUIDELINES FOR CONTINUING PROGRAMS (ROUNDS)

The OCME will provide CME credit for Departmental Grand Rounds on an annual basis after receipt of the Course Approval Form for Continuing Programs (Rounds). The Department Chair indicates approval of the Rounds program as documented by his/her signature on the Course Approval Form. In addition the following guidelines must be followed:

Credit cannot be given for a continuing program unless evaluations are performed and submitted to the OCME.

The roster should contain the participant's name, address, social security number and total number of credit hours earned for the year. The roster should be signed by the Course Director and submitted to the OCME within 60 days of the end of the Rounds period.
